The GeneralX is an IP66 rated model which makes it one standard away from being completely waterproof. With it's sleek but robust design this radio is perfect for harsher environments such as humid areas, outdoor tasks, boating, camping, hiking, orienteering, garages, restaurants, pubs and clubs, equestrian sports, and so forth. It comes with 16 channels, programmed to the same frequencies as the Mitex General, so you can add this radio to your existing fleet without any interruption. Alternatively channels 13-15 are programmed to work with all Mitex UHF models (with the exception of the 446 range) so you can even keep in contact with your friends or contractors.

This is a simple, easy to use, "no frills" radio, giving you great communication, whilst withstanding the abuse of a harsher environment. With no LCD display, no function buttons, and no added features, this radio is ideal for users who just want to get on with their job and keep in contact.
